Instructions:

Download the file first.

1.  Move your mouse cursor over "buoy pop" spikes on the chart and if the correlation holds true, around 2 weeks, later there will be a good snow storm.

2.  Which wave height will produce the highest storm?  Inconclusive.  The data points to a probable spike over 10 ft which is what the chart shows.

3.  Backtesting has shown that wind angle of 60 to 80 deg and wind speed above 9.23 mph at the bouy produce the best predictions.  This filters out all the wrong angles and slow wind speeds.
